What does it look like for a group of 5 or less?

You can cancel your appointment 24 hours in advance for a full refund.

If you cancel 23-4 hours before your appointment you'll get a 50% refund.

If you cancel 3 hours before your appointment you'll get a 25% refund. 

If you cancel 2 hours before your appointment we do not give a refund, but you can reschedule.

For Groups of 6 or more?

You can cancel your appointment 1 week in advance for a full refund.

If you cancel anytime within a week leading up to the appointment you'll get a 50% refund.

How do I get a refund?

Once your cancellation is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your cancellation request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

What if my refund is late or missing?

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
